Building an Application for Determining Optimal Allocation Ratios in Clinical Trials

Developed an R Shiny application to find optimal allocation ratios in clinical trials using the Bayes Factor (BF). Conducted a simulation study to investigate the effect of different values of the BF and treatment effect on length of study in group sequential clinical trials. Prepared multilevel model exercises for a summer course taught by the supervisor.
